If anything changes with our schedule due to items that our school board is currently discussing, Mr. DeWitt will send an update as soon as possible.
If you didn’t receive an email from Mr. DeWitt about orientation for Grizzly Marching Band, you can contact him at Dewitt.Quentin@westada.org
Some highlights of the plan are provided below but please refer to the email for full explanation.
…What should I bring?
…When do I need to be there?
We have scheduled each section of the band for a 45-minute orientation. This will keep the groups smaller, allow us to meet everyone, explain what to expect, and answer your questions. If you arrive before your time, please just wait outside the band room until we invite you in.
For schedule and details, refer to the Charms calendar and to the City of Meridian page here:
Tickets for the Pancake Breakfast are sold out — no longer available online nor at the door.
You can help raise money for Rocky instrumental music programs by eating at Panda Express at McMillan and Ten Mile on Tuesday Aug. 13th and showing this flyer to the cashier.
Due to hot weather and possible rain, tonight’s parent meeting will be held in the Band Room located next to (west of) the north parking lot. Hope to see you there at 7pm!
If you’d like to make a donation for you student’s music program, please bring a checkbook or cash (refer to Mr. DeWitt’s recent email regarding the donations.)
