Parent Volunteers

The 2022 Marching Band season at RMHS couldn’t operate without the generous amounts of time and effort given by our boosters and parent volunteers. There are many ways to help and get involved. Time commitments listed for football games and competitions are approximant and will vary depending on volunteer task and on event circumstances. A more firm time schedule will be provided before each event. It is very helpful if an individual can be available for the entire time needed on a competition day, but we understand if this is not always possible for individuals and families.

Please use the Parent Volunteer signup link to add your name to a list of potential volunteers. The boosters will use this list as the primary source to fill needed volunteer positions for each event.

Pre-Season (Sometime between June and August)

  • Uniform Inventory
  • Uniform repair if needed
  • Uniform Sizing/Hemming/Distribution

Home Football Games (~ 5:00-10:00pm each game)

Aug 18th | Sep 1st | Sep8th (Away @ Eagle TBD) | Sep 29rd | Oct 6th

  • Guard Hair/Makeup
  • Food/Snacks
  • Uniform handout/collection
  • Pluming (Just before half-time show)
  • Instrument Equipment/Prop transportation on and off field.
  • Gate attendant
  • Spirit Wear Sales

Marching Band Competitions (Regular Comps ~ 8:00am – 6:00pm D3 – ~8:00am – 11:59pm )

Sep 30th | Oct 7th (TBD) | Oct 14th | Oct 21st (D3)

  • Guard Hair/Makeup
  • Food/Snacks
  • Equipment Trailer Loading/Transport
  • Uniform handout/collection
  • Pluming (Just before half-time show)
